Ties Mellema

Ties Mellema won the prestigious Vriendenkrans Award on 13 March 2004 during the annual competition organized by the Friends of the Concertgebouw and the Concertgebouw Orchestra. He also won the audience prize, the press prize, the Concertgebouw Prize and a scholarship given by the Maurits van Kattendijke foundation.
